Season sessions

I have 22 years old and sometimes I eat breakfast, sometimes I don´t eat at all! I usually eat granola cereals with coconut milk with 1 banana or wholemeal bread with 1 slice of smoked cheese with multi fruts juice and banana or a natural yogurt with granola and cinnmon. My midday/evening meal usually is wholemeal rice or pasta with beef or chicken or fish, vegetables, soup and salads. At least I eat 4 a 5 portions of fuit a day, normaly I eat apple, pear, peach, banana, kiwi, rasberries, strawberries, mango and drink 2 litres of water (because I work in the kitchen so I drank more)! I don´t smoke at all and I don´t drink to much (not addict) but I drink just at the weekends with friends and I usually drink Martini, Whisky, Vodka, Moscatel (dry portuguese wine) no more than 3 units. I sleep 6 a 7 hours and sometimes I have problems to sleep because sometimes I can´t breath and if i´m very tired sometimes I sleep during the day about 2 a 3 hours. I do regular exercises like push ups, abdominal, bum exercices, up and down the stairs, “climb the mountain” some pilates and yoga. My concern is that sometimes I eat for all week cakes, chocolates and sometimes I stop doing exercises . And I want to equilibrate my weight and look to my body and be happy with.
