Today on warm up we had 2 ex colleagues from the EAST and they talk about the school in London. The experience they have from the lessons, the challenge to live in London to follow they dreams. We had Employability and we did a game on Quizizz all about the CV ‘s and then we saw one video on youtube about Motivation

  • Conviction : an outside source (push) you have to do it


Develop self awareness

Being true

Having a chip on your shoulder


How can you motivate yourself

Self talk matters

  • Motivation is fleeting

Motivation is a fact it is a feelingfolly of motivation

I’ll conqueror the world

  • Discipline is king you only need discipline until you form a habit.

In Han’s lesson we saw Frankenstein by Nick Dear with Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller.

We didn’t saw everything but the props, the materials on stage everything was amazing. How they did the train moving, the house, fire, the house burning, the lake, boat and the chandelier.

6 January

Today was Cinema day. We did go to Abbeygatecinema and we did saw No Man’s Land directed by Sean Mathias with Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart.
